Ordering & Delivery 

If you would like to place an order, receive a quotation, or have any questions, please feel free to contact our office on 01485 600 555 or sales@norfolkoak.com. We accept Master Card, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Switch/UK Maestro and Solo credit cards.

Delivery charges are calculated based on location and size of your order. Approximately £ 8 per linear metre for standard 636 mm wide worktops - minimum charge £ 35. Delivery charges for bespoke sizes are calculated pro rata. Please feel free to contact our office for more information regarding delivery of your worktops.

Please note that for all of our deliveries, someone must be available to sign for and check the order, as well as assist the delivery driver in unloading the worktops. Please be advised that the worktops can be quite heavy. If no one is available to sign for the order on the day of delivery, we will have to re-charge the entire delivery fee and set up a new delivery date. Please check all deliveries carefully for any signs of damage before signing for them, as we cannot accept responsibility for damaged goods if they are not signed for as damaged.
