Wooden Stools

All of our wooden stools are made by our fifth generation Amish furniture maker, Mervyn. He specialises in solely making wooden stools and chairs in his wonderful, giant barn behind his farmhouse in Ohio. Thanks to the lovely scoop in the top of the stools, they are incredibly comfortable, just perfect for sitting up at an island or bar.

We offer our wooden stools in two heights, 610 mm (24 inches) and 760 mm (30 inches). Our 610 mm wooden stools are the perfect height to sit and eat at a breakfast bar or island unit. Our 760 mm wooden stools are best suited to tall bars or as perching stools.

Oak Stools

Our Oak stools have a real feel of strength and longevity about them thanks to its sturdy construction and beautiful craftsmanship. Our Oak Stools are made from American White Oak, harder, denser and with a more delicate grain structure than any other Oak, it is no surprise that it is the most sought after by fine furniture makers the world over. Made using the same fine grade oak as our oak worktops.

Western Saddle Stools

Wonderful, Oak western saddle stools made by our Amish furniture maker, Mervyn. The stools are made from solid American Oak with a dark tobacco stain and a genuine cow hide upholstered seat. These traditional stools are comfortable, unique, and will last for generations.
