How does the song go again? “Oh… the weather outside is frightful, but the fire is so delightful…”. Ok, it may not yet be the time for bellowing out the Christmas songs but thanks to a recent brief clash with a hurricane, the weather is showing signs that the impending chill is well on its way.

Installing a dust extractor over every CNC machine that feeds to an on-site premium briquette system has created a healthier working environment and its on-site location has decreased our carbon footprint as well.

These hardwoods have been slowly kiln dried in the USA to roughly 7%, making them completely bone dry. Not only does this mean the briquettes provide a hot fire that lasts, it also results in significantly less smoke and ash, due to our briquettes packing in over 6KW per kg of pure energy!
All of this pure energy is crammed into a little brick that stacks neatly away, taking up much less space than softwood briquettes or logs. High-street briquettes also have a habit of crumbling, making a complete mess of your fireplace, annoying to say the least! But our hardwood briquettes do not crumble or fall apart.
