Your Style, Your Choice
Choosing your wooden worktop tends to boil down to a couple of points: personal creativity, the lifestyle you live, and the style and colour of your kitchen. Picking the right timber for you is vital to successfully creating the look you desire.
With an enticing array of beautiful, sustainably-sourced timbers that range from classic Appalachian White Oak to the elegant North American Black Walnut, your kitchen will be a haven of rich colours and clean, smooth lines.

Light Kitchens
Bold, beautiful, with rich chocolate tones; a Black Walnut worktop contrasts perfectly with a lighter kitchen. Dark worktops with lighter cabinets is a fantastic, stood-in-time style, we used this combination when designing the Anmer Hall kitchen as it is timeless. With a tough grain structure that gently flows along the length of the worktop, our North American Black Walnut is the finest of furniture hardwoods.
Our Black Cherry adds a burst of reddish caramel colour to your kitchen. Hugely versatile due to its fantastic red hue, Black Cherry is a prime choice for a contemporary or traditional kitchen.
The African timbers also offer deep, dark, and rich tones; each providing their own unique touch. With its straight lines, Sapele gives a unique twist to the traditional look. Indulging on a Mahoghany worktop with its fine, even lines adds a sophisticated aspect to your kitchen. Iroko on the other hand, with an irregular grain, it provides a distinct aesthetic to your kitchen.

Dark Kitchens
Both of our light coloured Appalachian woods are perfect for creating extra visual space in a dark coloured or poorly lit kitchen. Maple has a wonderful, wavy grain that runs along the length of the timber and softly glows when hit by sunlight. With its smooth, clean grain and pale colour that reflects every drop of light, Ash is another option for brightening up a dark kitchen.
Oak
The classic, ageless timber for wooden worktops. Oak works well in any kitchen, radiating effortless style and warmth. Its universal appeal is why it was not categorised under light nor dark kitchens.
Our Oak comes from the Appalachian Mountains of North America, and is the most sought after in the world. With a prominent and tight grain pattern, our Oak has beauty and strength in equally high measures.
At home in a chic contemporary, minimalist environment or complimenting a rustic, traditional aesthetic, Oak is one of most flexible woods design โwise.
